Terms of use

ChurchHearth provides software that helps each church support member engagement between Sundays. Church staff use the admin console; members use the mobile app.

The service is offered through a limited pilot program. Features, onboarding, and availability may change as the product matures.

• Churches provisioned on the platform are responsible for their staff accounts, member data they enter, and communications they publish to their congregation.
• Staff users must use the admin console only for legitimate church ministry and operational purposes authorized by their church.
• Members and invitees must use the member app only for their relationship with their church and must not attempt to access another church's information.

Users must not:

• Attempt to access another church's data or bypass authorization controls.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or misleading content through church communications features.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited marketing email or messages outside supported transactional workflows.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the service.

Each church is responsible for obtaining any consent required under its own policies before inviting members, publishing communications, or collecting sensitive care information through the product.

We may update the service, policies, and infrastructure to maintain security and reliability. Material policy changes will update the effective date on the public site.

These terms govern use of ChurchHearth during the pilot program. If a separate written customer agreement or order form applies, that agreement controls where its terms conflict with this page.
