Delete your ChurchHearth account

ChurchHearth is free for members. This form requests deletion of your ChurchHearth account identity.

This page describes ChurchHearth's current practices during the pilot program.

What this request covers

Submitting this form starts a request to delete your ChurchHearth account (login identity). That is different from deleting church-owned ministry records your congregation controls (Care, pastoral notes, directory entries, and similar), and it is not a promise to erase all information everywhere.

Processing may complete asynchronously after any counsel-configured waiting period. Security logs and legally required evidence may be retained. Draft commercial legal documents in the repository are not attorney-approved and not published as the live policy yet. Until then, contact support@churchhearth.com for assistance.

Request deletion

We do not ask for free-form sensitive reasons here. In-app deletion (when enabled) may offer allowlisted reason categories only.
